Who we serve
Federal Agencies (Through Teaming Partners)
Software, cloud, cybersecurity, and systems engineering support as a subcontractor on federal programs.
The environment
Federal programs operate under the Federal Acquisition Regulation and agency supplements, with structured lifecycles, security authorization requirements under the NIST Risk Management Framework, and, for defense work, controlled unclassified information rules under NIST SP 800-171 and the CMMC program.
HQT supports federal work as a subcontractor or teaming partner to prime contract holders.
Where HQT fits
- Software development. Agile and DevSecOps development, modernization, and integration work packages.
- Cloud engineering. Landing zones, infrastructure as code, and migration support in government cloud regions.
- Cybersecurity. Risk Management Framework documentation and control implementation, NIST SP 800-171 readiness.
- Data and analytics. Data platforms, reporting, and applied machine learning under program guidance.
- Systems engineering. Requirements, architecture, model-based engineering, and test support.
How we engage
Prime contractors reach HQT for technical staff and solution content on proposals and task orders. HQT works under the prime's program processes and security requirements. Clearance and citizenship requirements are set by each program.
