CAD & RMS Integration
Connecting dispatch and records platforms with the systems around them.
Capability
Software and integration for dispatch, records, emergency management, and the systems that support first responders.
Public safety agencies run some of the most demanding software in local government: computer-aided dispatch, records management, 911 call handling, emergency operations platforms, and the integrations between them. These systems must work at three in the morning during a storm, and they hold data governed by the CJIS Security Policy.
HQT's role in this space is software and integration. We do not sell dispatch systems. We help agencies integrate the systems they have, build the tools that vendors do not provide, manage the data those systems generate, and modernize the applications that surround the core platforms.
We work alongside the agency's platform vendors rather than around them, follow CJIS requirements for personnel and systems, and design for availability first. Every integration is documented and monitored so that a failure is noticed by the agency before it is noticed by a dispatcher.
Connecting dispatch and records platforms with the systems around them.
GIS data quality and software integration for IP-based 911 systems.
Software that gives emergency operations centers a common picture.
Operational reporting and transparency dashboards built on dispatch and records data.
Integrating body-worn camera, evidence, and records systems with courts and prosecutors.
Mobile software for responders, inspectors, and crews that works with poor connectivity.
Software for signals, sensors, cameras, and the data they produce.
Training and exercise tools for dispatchers, responders, and emergency managers.
No. We integrate the systems agencies already run, build the tools vendors do not provide, manage the data those systems generate, and modernize the applications around the core platforms.
Staff assigned to this work complete CJIS fingerprint-based screening and security awareness training. Integrations use encryption in transit and at rest, record-level audit logging, and synthetic data outside production.
Yes. We assess GIS layers against NG911 data standards, build validation and cleanup tooling, and integrate location data with dispatch and mapping applications.
Definitions documented and reviewed with command staff and legal counsel, suppression and aggregation rules applied automatically, and automated pipelines so published data stays current.
Yes, alongside them. Integrations are built against vendor APIs where available, documented, and monitored, and we coordinate with vendors during upgrades.
