Statement and Notice Print and Mail
Utility bills, tax notices, delinquency letters, and the other high volume mail an agency sends on a cycle.
Services
Printed output is the tail end of a system. The bills, notices, ballots, plan sets, and permits an agency sends come out of its billing, revenue, elections, and records systems, and most of the difficulty is in the data, the rules, and the deadlines rather than the ink.
HQT works on the part agencies most often get wrong: the handoff between the system of record and the page. Ten services cover production mail, document composition, forms, plan reproduction, elections, secure work, postal logistics, records conversion, credentials, and the procurement behind all of it.
A bill that prints wrong is a billing system problem before it is a print problem. A notice that misses its statutory deadline is a scheduling and data problem. A plan set that disagrees with the controlled electronic original is a records problem. The work below is treated as the output stage of the systems an agency already runs, which is why it sits alongside the rest of what HQT does rather than apart from it.
Most engagements begin with a short review of what an agency sends, where it comes from, and what it is bound by. Send the detail to info@hqt.org, or use the contact form.
