On-site work such as assessments, discovery workshops, integration, and go-live support is performed at the agency's facilities; development, cloud engineering, and advisory work is delivered remotely with scheduled on-site sessions. Staff assigned to public safety work complete CJIS background screening through the agency.

Agencies purchase HQT services by direct purchase order under their informal threshold, through a solicitation, or through a prime contractor. See contracting information for company data, commodity and NAICS codes, and points of contact.
